Arrival in the airport. Your professional tour guide will meet you in the lobby at airport. Transfer to Hotel. From Airport to City Center 20-25 minute. In the beginning of Absheron Peninsula tour you will visit Ateshgah Temple (Fire Temple) – The Ateshgah temple is located in the south-eastern part of the Surakhani settlement of the Absheron peninsula, 30 km away from Baku. So, Ateshgah is a fire temple. And built in the 17th-18th century in the place of the eternal flames of natural gas. On the other hand, The Baku Ateshgah was a pilgrimage and philosophical center of Zoroastrians from the Northwestern Indian Subcontinent, who were involved in trade with the Caspian area via the famous “Grand Trunk Road“. Then during Absheron Peninsula tour you will visit Yanardagh (Fire Mountain) – This natural burning flame became as a result of the emergence of natural gas at the foot of the mountain.

Shamakhi Juma Mosque – On the way, you will have a stop in Shamakhi Juma Mosque that is built-in 743 which is the most ancient known mosque in the Caucasus region. Nohur Lake – a very beautiful lake. Gabala is located on the territory of the Shaki-Zakatala zone, almost on the border of Dagestan and Georgia. In the vicinity of modern Gabala are the ruins of an ancient city, which is about 2000 years old. The area is rich in nut and chestnut forests, each of which is about 500 years old. Chestnuts blooming in spring are a uniquely beautiful sight.
After reaching the Sheki city, you will visit the Sheki Khans Palace. Palace was built in the year 1762, and in the construction of the building, no nails and glue were used. Inside of the Palace is decorated with beautiful paintings with the special philosophical meanings. Windows of the palace were made with Shebeke style. Each window is consisting of 5000 pieces of wood and glasses. After the Palace, you will visit the Craftsmen House. It is the building which was used by the Russian Empire as a prison. Now in the building, craftsmen of Sheki are selling handmade souvenirs. Also, you will also see the workshop of Shebeke and meet with the craftsman who is doing it in Sheki. Inside of the Palace fortress walls, you will visit the Museum of the History. Next destination will be the Upper Caravanserai, built in the 18th century and used as a hotel. Ancient hotel is also being used as a 3-star hotel now. If you wish you will visit the Sweet Shops of Sheki to buy some traditional halva or bamiye. Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes Church of Kish – As the last destination, you will visit the Kish Albanian Temple. Temple was built between 1-5th centuries and used as the moon temple first and then as a church after the people of Albania accepted Christianity.
After having a good breakfast at the hotel, Your Guide and Private Car will pick up you from the hotel to visit Gobustan Rock Mountain Reserve & Museum. The Archeological monument- Gobustan is located in 56 km from the capital city, Baku. The artifacts and rock carvings were discovered in 1939 – 1940 years. As a result of the researchers, more than 3,500 human and animal paintings and various markings – petroglyphs were recorded and 20 suburban shelters have been identified in this place. Mesolithic monuments (medieval stone) are mostly exhibited in the reserve. There are many caves, springs, carved by primitive men on walls of caves, rocks, and stony lumps. First you will visit the Gobustan Museum to get the better insights to the history of the area then you will go by car to the Rock Mountain to see the real carvings. After the Rock Mountain, you will visit the Mud Volcanoes. That is why the Transportation will be changed to the Soviet Lada Cars. Whoever wants can bring some strong plastic bags with them to collect some of the mud from there which has been said is good for the skin. Spending 10 minutes around Volcanoes you will be transferred back to your car. On the way to the Hotel you will also visit the Bibihaybat Mosque, with magnificent green internal decorative beauty and the First Industrial Oil Well on the Earth that was opened for use in 1846.
After having breakfast at the Hotel, Check-out & transfer to the Heydar Aliyev International Airport which is on the list of world’s nine “5 stars” airports in accordance with “Skytrax"
