The history of the place is fascinating. We are history lovers and I want to say “Thank you to Fuad to organize this trip with very friendly and informative guide Nur”. We learned lot history from our guide Emin. Atashgah name is derived from Atash and gah words, which means fire and place. On there you can see the nice presentation about the building history and time period of changing by centuries from first worshippers until nowadays. Different rooms depict different aspects of life at the temple. Then we went to fire mountain to see the real fire. It has new building and museum as well. Worth to visit both destination.
